· All of the ideas written below are currently hypothetical.

· After our first event, we will evaluate our ticket sales and our total profit. This will take into consideration the venue costs, how much promotion cost us, and the hire of bands and equipment, if applicable. By reading into this information, we will be able to clearly identify areas of improvement, or revenue loss. This will give us a focus for any future events we may decide to run.

· We will also seek to receive feedback from attendees and artists that participated in the event. For attendees we know, we can message them directly – the same for artists we have booked. Otherwise, we can ask other attendees as they leave. This kind of feedback will be valuable for helping us grow and improve as a professional company.

· Over the evening of our gig, we will be shooting footage that could be used in promotional videos – as well as counting towards evidence of our production for our university module. This type of visual promotion would be a strong addition to our social media promotion as audiences react well to visual stimulation, and it is more engaging than just a still image or digital poster.

· At this current time, we have already had bands show interest in being part of future Phoney line-ups, although we have not had any discussions regarding payment. If our launch event is successful and we decide to continue onwards and put on more events, the bands that expressed interest would definitely be a first point of contact in terms of arranging future line-ups. These bands would align with our current clients and target audience; fans of the indie genre.

Furthermore, [SKETCH] shared their praise and interest in hosting another event with us, which we are currently working, taking into factors of venue and costs before making a final decision.
